The Amateur Society: Fed Up / Hillary Attempts to Alt-F4 the ‘Alt-Right’

Our regular open call will take place tonight, Monday 8/29, at 8:00pm eastern time via Skype. To join in please send us a contact request on Skype by searching for our account name amateursociety. If you have any questions or need clarification, please drop us a line on the contact page here or email us directly at

In the first part of our discussion we will be analyzing the impact of the speeches from the Federal Reserve’s annual meeting in Jackson Hole. I’ll be providing a brief rundown of the events and then will be fielding questions from the group. We will then transition into a group discussion of the latest tactic from the Hillary Clinton campaign, calling out a nebulous ideology referred to as the ‘Alt-Right’ – mentioning Breitbart and Alex Jones directly – and decrying them all as neofascist racists. What does this portend? We will discuss these things and more tonight at 8:00pm

In Episode 14, we present our very first interview, a discussion concerning the Apocrypha with our very special guest, Dr Mike Spaulding.  In Episode 15 will examine the translators of the Apocrypha so before we present that I thought it might be of benefit to discuss just what the Apocrypha is, why it was included in the KJV, what King James thought of it and why it was later excluded

Soaring Eagle Radio Episode 59 – Greg Hammond – Global Utopia

Check out the link below for another fantastic episode of Soaring Eagle Radio Soaring Eagle Radio with Pastor Mike Spaulding of Calvary Chapel of Lima, Ohio. Follow the links to listen to and view more material from Pastor Mike including on YouTube here.

In author Greg Hammond’s book, “Mystic Seduction: Awakening Christians to a Real and Present Danger,” readers learned about the steady intrusion of a mystical, non-Christian theology and doctrine known as monism.

Greg’s latest book is “A Global Utopia: Twelve Features of the New World Order.” In this work Greg discusses the push for a global utopia which encompasses the perfect society, world peace, effective government, and a just economic system.

Are any of these things achievable? Most of the current world leaders think so. Unfortunately what they are willing to foist upon mankind would mean the end of Christianity and the freedoms and liberties Americans have enjoyed since the inception of our nation.

Episode 59 of SER is my interview with author Greg Hammond.

Greg’s bio

Greg Hammond holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in social sciences. Along with his wife Shannon, he currently works as a college campus minister. In addition to his campus responsibilities, he is an ordained minister and currently pastors a nondenominational, independent church.

He is the author of “Mystic Seduction: Awakening Christians to a Real and Present Danger,” and his latest, “A Global Utopia: Twelve Features of the New World Order.”

Thoughts from Just Before the Fall

With August coming to a close and the fall season shortly at hand, I have a few observations to make:

1. It is becoming clear to more and more people that the primary narratives in essentially every area of our lives are nothing but lies and propaganda.

Cognitive dissonance levels are so far off the charts right now that a new descriptive term may be necessary that goes beyond total denial. The severity of the narrative contortions going on currently points directly to a troubling yet all too real prospect: spiritual blindness.

Guest Post – Cut the Bait – Pastor Mike Spaulding of Soaring Eagle Radio

Some awesome spiritual insight from Pastor Mike Spaulding of  Calvary Chapel in Lima, Ohio and host of Soaring Eagle Radio.

Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.  As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; 1 Peter 1:13-15

The success of a fishing lure lies mainly in its ability to attract. The shiny spinners sparkle and move with the current of the water and as a result of the skillful fisherman’s hand. Once attracted the fish moves in for a closer look and ultimately makes the fatal decision to strike at what it believes to be an easy meal.  Too late does the unsuspecting fish feel the bite of the hook and the draw of the line that means the hunter has become the hunted.

My good friend Mike Reese, musician and songwriter as both a solo artist and member of the group Simon Peter, sings a song appropriately titled “Hooks” in which the following lyrics are haunting in their accuracy:

Some people say “It’s all in fun. Don’t get so serious if we get delirious, there’s no harm done.

It may take years or just a day and what was once a game is now not quite the same.

It is a habit now that you find you can’t live without. And the deceitfulness of sin has got you again.

The chorus drives the point home:

Oh it’s so subtle, has such good looks.

It’s so wrapped up in the things we want,

We can’t see the hooks.”
