Leaving aside all of the political machinations, leaks, civil unrest, and executive orders, let’s stop to catch our breath and to point out that we are still in the first month of the Trump presidency. This article will focus on economics, geopolitics, and an assortment of generalized scenarios. First, a brief background is necessary:

The global monetary system is going through a seismic shift that will hopefully mark the end of the latest debt and fiat currency ponzi scheme. This shift is absolutely necessary for true economic and geopolitical prosperity to be unleashed, but because it involves the dismantling of existing foundational institutions there is virtually no chance of going through such a transition unscathed. The analysis that follows is admittedly speculative, but its purpose is to lay out different scenarios, to discuss the likely aftershocks, and to provide concrete decision-making advice for the here and now.

Back to the Future: Will War Change Focus of Trump Presidency?

Often overlooked in discussion of the George W. Bush presidency is the fact that in 2000, he campaigned on a platform of less military intervention and nation-building. After almost a decade of military interventionism and adventurism by the Clinton presidency, which saw actions taken primarily in Africa, the Middle East, and the former Yugoslavia, the American people were tired of playing police to a world that was growing increasingly more chaotic after the collapse of the bi-polar world system of the Cold War. Certainly, that campaign platform took a major back-burner following the actions on 11 September, 2001. No matter your opinion on those attacks, the persons responsible, or what exactly happened that day, it cannot be denied that in the days and weeks subsequent to that event, and the general feeling in the country, it would have been practically impossible for George W. Bush to follow his initial foreign policy platform. People can say what they wish of George W. Bush, but my personal opinion is that he likely believed in the platform. However, being surrounded by globalist hawks within his administration that saw the opportunity to establish a new enemy for the US military, and thus, secure funding for a major buildup in military spending and just cause for military action, he was not allowed to follow that policy. Whatever the case may have been – and none of us outside of his inner circle really will ever know for sure – after that fateful day in September, the American people also cried out for a response to the attack.

_____________________

Looking ahead to the first 100 days of the Trump Presidency, expectations, anticipations, and speculations are running wild from all corners of society and all sides of the political spectrum. There are those who seem to imagine that the first thing Trump will do is order all ethnic and religious minorities to be rounded up and expelled from the country. Others appear to believe that with a single pronouncement America will become a utopia exceeding its former glory. The hyperbolic nature of the divergent viewpoints would be more comedic if it were less of an exaggeration of the extreme perspectives that are currently circulating around the incoming administration.

It seems that the battle lines have been drawn and the narratives have been entrenched on both sides. Once the rhetoric develops into more realism we’ll find out where and how far Trump can lead the country. However, since wait and see is a rather half-hearted effort to inform readers about what they should be looking for – even if it is the prudent approach – there are still some comments to be made about general themes and markers that will set the tone for the next four years. One thing everyone expects is for Trump to begin working on his objectives immediately. The latest in a string of concrete promises is that incoming Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross has informed Canadian officials that the renegotiation of NAFTA, a key plank of the Trump campaign, will commence within days of the inauguration.

Optical Dissonance in DC, Inauguration 2017

By Jon Robberson, Program Director – The Hagmann & Hagmann Report

A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.  When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever: But thou, Lord, art most high for evermore.”   Psalm 92:6-8 KJV

While the MSM disinformation doctors cook up their narrative(s) American Christians, constitutionalists and patriots are waiting with baited breath for the January 20, 2017 Inauguration of Forty Fifth President of the United States, Donald J Trump.

Here is a quick history on the American tradition of Presidential Inauguration ceremonies, aka the peaceful transfer of power.  The Father of The United States, George Washington, was inaugurated on April 30, 1789.  Subsequent presidents were inaugurated on March 4th until the second inauguration of 32nd President, Franklin D Roosevelt, which pushed the celebration forward significantly, landing it on the current calendar date of January 20th.
