Podcast: On the Objective – Dwell In The Secret Place – Steven Menking – 04.26.2020

04.26.2020 OtO

Join us for another Biblical discussion of important spiritual principles in partnership with Reliance! We have failed to take the Word of God as seriously as we need to, and it shows in our cowardice and fear. Let us go to the Lord in a posture of repentance and begin again to dwell in the secret place of the most high. That is where our protection and our covering are. That doesn’t mean that we retreat. We must seize this moment for the Kingdom of God and for the glory of the name of Christ, but through living testimony of the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit that quickens us. Can we take God at His word? The scriptures from this episode are from Psalms 91.

Podcast: On the Objective – A Prayer During The Shaking – Steven Menking – 03.26.2020

03.26.2020

Join us for another Biblical discussion of important spiritual principles in partnership with Reliance! It is time to pray. It seems like everyone has been spinning their wheels for several weeks and careening from outrage to outrage. Emotion is high. The spiritual battle rages on, and we all have a role to play. Frankly, I’m tired of hearing what people have to say. Let’s go to God in prayer for the strength and faith we need. Jesus will provide all the spiritual resources we need, including a word of wisdom that is so desperately necessary in these times. The scriptures from this episode are from Psalms 121.

A New Vision – Pastor William Carrol – Times Square Church – 01.05.2020

Healing

This year we need a newness of vision in order to walk by faith and not by sight. There is a massive blindness in our society to the things of God. Tragically, this blindness even exists in the church. While we will never be able to see everything with perfect clarity on this side of eternity, we can and must see Jesus lifted up in this generation. The lies of the enemy must be destroyed, and only the everlasting light of God can break the darkness that has enveloped so many in our world. It is time for each and every one of us to take heart, look to the Lord, and allow Him to anoint our eyes. Then we will see Jesus as worthy in every circumstance. Lord open the eyes of your people for the harvest you deserve in this generation!

Then He came to Bethsaida; and they brought a blind man to Him, and begged Him to touch him. So He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the town. And when He had spit on his eyes and put His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything.

And he looked up and said, “I see men like trees, walking.”

Then He put His hands on his eyes again and made him look up. And he was restored and saw everyone clearly. Then He sent him away to his house, saying, “Neither go into the town, nor tell anyone in the town.”

Mark 8:22-26

I Want To See – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 11.24.2019

Blind

When you sense the nearness of God please cry out in boldness! Jesus gave sight to the blind through the authority of His words. In this moment we must cry out to the Lord! Our generation has lost our vision of the Kingdom of God, and many are suffering greatly because they don’t see a way out of darkness for themselves or for this society. What is the stronghold that you desperately need to be released from? The Holy Spirit will bring it to mind. In that moment call upon our great God and know the deliverance that Jesus has won for us. Can we finally throw off our pride? Is today the day when our humble honesty before a holy God leads to freedom? Jesus glorify your name in this hour! You, believer, will have a testimony in this generation.

Then it happened, as He was coming near Jericho, that a certain blind man sat by the road begging. And hearing a multitude passing by, he asked what it meant. So they told him that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by. And he cried out, saying, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”

Then those who went before warned him that he should be quiet; but he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”

So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be brought to Him. And when he had come near, He asked him, saying, “What do you want Me to do for you?”

He said, “Lord, that I may receive my sight.”

Then Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight, and followed Him, glorifying God. And all the people, when they saw it, gave praise to God.

Luke 18:35-43

Will I Ever Be Free? – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 11.10.2019

Leper

This generation is characterized by bondage. How desperate are we to finally be free of the captivity that has beset us in so many ways? The miraculous healing Jesus provided to a leper and the ritual performed to acknowledge the healing both point directly to the cross. Can you fathom the desperation the Lord has to set people free from the prisons and cages that we have succumbed to? One touch from God and freedom arises! One moment in the merciful presence of our great Lord and there is newness of life! One instant of calling upon the name of Jesus and an eternity lies in our grasp. God has made us a new creation in Christ if we will press through the crowd to Him in our desperation. Christian, are you desperate enough? We must be free in this generation!

When He had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him. And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.”

Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

And Jesus said to him, “See that you tell no one; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”

Matthew 8:1-4

Faith To Heal From Offenses – Pastor Claude Houde – Times Square Church – 08.11.2019

Forgiveness

Offenses will come, and we are living in a generation that is particularly quick to be offended. Since this is the case, what will we do when we are offended or when we offend others? We must pray, forgive, ask for forgiveness, seek the Lord, and grow in the faith. If we do not forgive the offenses against us, then at minimum our witness can be depleted as we succumb to the trap and temptation of unforgiveness and bitterness. So many of us fall prey to this cycle in our families, marriages, businesses, and ministries. If there is an overriding offense, then any attempt to press forward without the release of forgiveness will almost certainly fail. Brothers and sisters, let’s identify an offense we are harboring as well as a offense that someone is harboring against and deal with both today!

Then He said to the disciples, “It is impossible that no offenses should come, but woe to him through whom they do come! It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones. Take heed to yourselves. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day returns to you, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”

Luke 17:1-4

SER 190 – Dr. Rich Petras And Fred Hether – Take Control Of Your Health

2019.06.18 SER

Big Pharma is one of the most powerful industries in the world. The global revenue for pharmaceuticals was over $1 trillion in 2014. But nowhere else in the world do the drug and medical device industries have as much power and make as much money as in the U.S.

Six of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies for 2017 have their headquarters in the U.S. These include Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Merck, Gilead, Amgen and AbbVie.

But only 28 percent of Americans have a good opinion of Big Pharma. In fact, Big Pharma is the second most hated industry in America. It’s right behind the tobacco industry and the oil, gas and chemical industry.

Big Pharma is also the biggest defrauder of the Federal Government under the False Claims Act, according to consumer watchdog group Public Citizen.

The industry has a history of fraud, bribery, lawsuits and scandals. Despite criminal charges and fines, Big Pharma companies continue to do business.

By 2021, Big Pharma profits for prescription drugs are expected to reach $610 billion. Medical devices are also lucrative.

The U.S. makes about $148 billion, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce.

That’s about half of the world’s share of the market. Americans spent an all-time high of $457 billion on prescription drugs in 2015.

And drug prices continue to rise. Consulting firm Segal Consulting expects drug prices to rise 11.6 percent in 2017. This estimate is for Americans under the age of 65.

In contrast, wages are only expected to rise 2.5 percent. This means many Americans won’t be able to afford their medications. Information about the pharmaceutical industry found here.
