The Power Of A Mother’s Comfort – Pastor Teresa Conlon – Times Square Church – 05.14.2017

There is more to comfort than we might think. It has the power to change our demeanor, our behavior, and our lives. God’s comfort is transformational. Now is the time for us to be transformed. Seek the Lord while He may be found and receive the comfort that He provides in these trying times.

As one whom his mother comforts,
So I will comfort you…

Isaiah 66:13

Bad Math – Pastor Tim Dilena – Times Square Church – 05.07.2017

A tough situation plus a way out does not necessarily equal God wanting you to leave. Seek the Lord; His will for your life may be to stay the course. You never know who will be impacted and what the long term effects will be. Paul and Silas could have left the jail when the earthquake set them free, but they didn’t. A jailer and his family were saved. A church was started. Press in to God through the trials you are going through!

And when they had laid many stripes on them, they threw them into prison, commanding the jailer to keep them securely. Having received such a charge, he put them into the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks.

But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed. And the keeper of the prison, awaking from sleep and seeing the prison doors open, supposing the prisoners had fled, drew his sword and was about to kill himself. But Paul called with a loud voice, saying, “Do yourself no harm, for we are all here.”

Then he called for a light, ran in, and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas. And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”

So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their stripes. And immediately he and all his family were baptized. Now when he had brought them into his house, he set food before them; and he rejoiced, having believed in God with all his household.

In The Day Of God’s Power – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 04.30.2017

“Prayerlessness is thievery”

God is preparing His people to make a difference in this generation. If you call yourself a Christian but cannot identify where God is working in your life actively, then flee where you are and find His presence. Oh Lord, pour out your Holy Spirit on your people that righteousness would prevail and that this generation would not be lost. We have no power or strength in ourselves. We are bankrupt. Cowardly. Foolish. Distracted. Yet there is a remnant that cries out to God: oh Jesus, deliver us! Empower us! Glorify your name through us! Let your will be done in our lives.

Christian, press in to the Lord. Do not find yourself on the sidelines or turning away in the day of His power.

In The Day Of God’s Power – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 04.30.2017

The Lord said to my Lord,
“Sit at My right hand,
Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.”
The Lord shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion.
Rule in the midst of Your enemies!

Your people shall be volunteers
In the day of Your power;
In the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning,
You have the dew of Your youth.
The Lord has sworn
And will not relent,
“You are a priest forever
According to the order of Melchizedek.”

The Lord is at Your right hand;
He shall execute kings in the day of His wrath.
He shall judge among the nations,
He shall fill the places with dead bodies,
He shall execute the heads of many countries.
He shall drink of the brook by the wayside;
Therefore He shall lift up the head.

Psalm 110:1-7

I Will Not Die, But Live – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 04.23.2017

Christianity appears to be withering and dry in many places. We have turned from the ways of God and have not followed our callings. We have disconnected from God’s Word and His voice. Nonetheless my brothers and sisters, we serve the God who can do the impossible. He can, has, and will bring life forth from death. Will the people of God respond in repentance and turn from our self-focus? Will we remove ourselves from the false prophets and teachers of our day? Will we surrender everything to God?

I Will Not Die, But Live – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 04.23.2017

The hand of the Lord came upon me and brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones. Then He caused me to pass by them all around, and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and indeed they were very dry. And He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”

So I answered, “O Lord God, You know.”

Again He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the LordThus says the Lord God to these bones: “Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live. I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and put breath in you; and you shall live. Then you shall know that I am the Lord.”’”

So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and suddenly a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to bone. Indeed, as I looked, the sinews and the flesh came upon them, and the skin covered them over; but there was no breath in them.

Also He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.”’” So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army.

Then He said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They indeed say, ‘Our bones are dry, our hope is lost, and we ourselves are cut off!’ Therefore prophesy and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Behold, O My people, I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up from your graves. I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it,” says the Lord.’”

Ezekiel 37:1-14

The True Witness – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 04.16.2017

Our assent to this fact of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ is not enough in itself unless we have within ourselves the witness of the one who gives life to all things. If there is no interior witness of the life of God inside me, then my claim to be a Christian should fall on deaf ears. Brothers and sisters, it is long past the time to get up, get back to God, and get moving in His will. The Holy Spirit is promised to indwell us and transform us from the inside out. Are you transformed?

The True Witness – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 04.16.2017

If I bear witness of Myself, My witness is not true. There is another who bears witness of Me, and I know that the witness which He witnesses of Me is true.

John 5:31-32

Anoint Our Eyes Again – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 04.09.2017

Once we come to ourselves and realize that our focus should be on what matters in eternity we can be given the grace to make a difference in this generation. This message is for all Christians, particularly those who need encouragement in the primary areas of faith. Now is the time to press in and to have our eyes anointed once more to see what God would have us to see. The lukewarm days are swiftly coming to a close. It’s time for us to be about our Father’s business.

Anoint Our Eyes Again – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 04.09.2017

“And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write,

‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”’”

Revelation 3:14-22

I Will Call Upon God – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 04.02.2017

All Christians must hear this message: we have reached a point in time where our options are revival or captivity. Now is the time to press in to God with fervency, desperation, faith, and expectation!

I Will Call Upon God – Pastor Carter Conlon – Times Square Church – 04.02.2017

Give ear to my prayer, O God,
And do not hide Yourself from my supplication.
Attend to me, and hear me;
I am restless in my complaint, and moan noisily,
Because of the voice of the enemy,
Because of the oppression of the wicked;
For they bring down trouble upon me,
And in wrath they hate me.

My heart is severely pained within me,

And the terrors of death have fallen upon me.
Fearfulness and trembling have come upon me,
And horror has overwhelmed me.
So I said, “Oh, that I had wings like a dove!
I would fly away and be at rest.
Indeed, I would wander far off,
And remain in the wilderness. Selah
I would hasten my escape
From the windy storm and tempest.”

Destroy, O Lord, and divide their tongues,

For I have seen violence and strife in the city.
Day and night they go around it on its walls;
Iniquity and trouble are also in the midst of it.
Destruction is in its midst;
Oppression and deceit do not depart from its streets.

As for me, I will call upon God,
And the Lord shall save me.
Evening and morning and at noon
I will pray, and cry aloud,
And He shall hear my voice.
He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me,
For there were many against me.
God will hear, and afflict them,
Even He who abides from of old. Selah

Psalm 55:1-11,16-19
