On Tuesday April 3, 2018, just before The Hagmann Report went live on-air, the studio lit up with news that came as a shock but no surprise.
Animal Rights Activist Goes on a Shooting Rampage
Reports poured in that at least four individuals had been shot at 901 Cherry Street, in San Bruno, California; just a few miles south of San Francisco. 911 dispatchers noted the familiar address immediately. There was an active shooter at the global headquarters of YouTube.
As we prepared to go on air with the planned lead story (President Trump’s order to put active duty military on the US/Mexican Border) an innocent gunshot victim hobbled across the street from YouTube’s employee patio and into a Carl’s Jr restaurant. Her leg was bleeding profusely and patrons dropped their burgers and began trying to stanch the bleeding; at first with wads of napkins and a volunteered T-shirt, minutes later and more successfully, with a bungee cord.

The Amateur Society deleted our Facebook page after almost four years in the last week, and your host deleted his personal page that had been maintained since 2006. The social media landscape is changing. Because these platforms are built on technology, they are more vulnerable to disruption than prior iterations of conglomerates. Will coming changes dethrone the current crop of technology barons? Will the overall changes to the landscape be positive or negative? As legacy platforms run their course, is it even possible to imagine a world without them?
Join us On the Objective as your host Steven Menking (The Amateur Society) sits down with debut guests Jim and Angie (Victurus Libertas) along with Jon Robberson (The Hagmann Report) to discuss the current state of affairs in the social media landscape. Turnkey platforms continue to wipe out channels and content in the name of ideology. Jim and Angie had their channel of over seventy thousand subscribers eliminated. They are here to tell their story, give their reaction, and declare that they will not go quietly into that good night. Strap in and get ready for a dynamic invective to victory here On the Objective!
On the Objective
Join your host Steven Menking (The Amateur Society) as he sits down with Jon Robberson (The Hagmann Report) to cover the latest round of censorship from social media and video content platforms. YouTube has eliminated entire channels of many Christians, conservatives, and Constitutionalists, but the purge has extended into other areas as well. Even benign reportage on current events using MSM materials in the public domain is not beyond scrutiny. What are the implications, and where will it go from here? Don’t miss Jon’s insider take!

“There are times in life when those of us who refuse to be herded into the cattle car of convenient thought, those of us who have no interest in parroting our favorite news-heads can barely rest. This is one of those times.” Jon Robberson
“These are the times that try mens’ souls.” Thomas Paine, American Crisis
For those of you who have been tracking my attempts to chronicle the YouTubeFacebookTwitterGoogle New Media Saturday Night Massacre, starting with an analysis of the trouble that the Tech Tyrants caused Dr Jerome Corsi and followed by a presentation of two hypothesis as to why the socials are silencing us, I want to say “Thank you.” There will be a subsequent part to said efforts and it will post early this week.

Approximately a half hour ago, we received word at The Hagmann Report Studio that by threatening to delete a popular conservative YouTube channel, the Tech Tyrants tossed yet another critical member of the truth movement onto the Nazi Brownshirts’ bonfire.
Veteran journalist, Infowars Bureau Chief for Washington DC, best-selling author and highly valued Hagmann Report guest, Dr Jerome Corsi is no longer on YouTube. His channel is still active, but the content is no longer there.

This past week has seen an intense ratcheting up of the censorship of independent media outlets both indirectly and directly. Twitter banning accounts and throttling anyone who uses the wrong vocabulary – while nonetheless retaining immense amounts of wholesome content such as pornography, death threats, and the promotion of terrorism – has become the norm. The next level has arrived from the mavens of Silicon Valley with Google stepping onto the playground to deny millions in ad revenue to Infowars and to scrub Natural News from searches.
How did we get here? Why is this taking place? What does it mean moving forward? Who is ultimately behind these actions?
